Leigh Holmes
Founder & Director
Over the past 15 years we have created a brand that binds our love for birds of prey to providing an unrivalled, bespoke service for our clients, ranging from direct clients to supporting many pest control companies nationwide, both large and small across the UK, as their specialist Hawking providers. My time is devoted between Citihawk and a small career of television presenting both in the UK and in the United States. My family and I love to travel, see wildlife in remote locations, explore cultures and enjoy the culinary delights of the country we are visiting.

Jamie-Leigh Young
Managing Director
Overseeing our dedicated and talented management and Hawking teams delivering our unique, tailored service brings the most rewards for me, aswell as the sometimes incredible places work takes me from Recording Studios, Elite football Club training grounds and music venues across the UK. Working with animals has always been a passion of mine, leading on to working with many animals throughout my career including the training of big cats in a specialist facility, however I have always been drawn back to the beauty of birds. Out of work, I enjoy travelling with family, relaxing and seeing the diversity of wildlife all across the world.

Jessica Papworth
Operations Manager
As Operations manager, my role is varied from working with my valued team of staff on executing and navigating jobs to loving the client relations and ensuring all receive a first class service. Milo and I have been working together for the last 6 years. Milo loves working large warehouses such as Amazon and Waitrose, and particularly enjoys finding muddy puddles to bathe in. When I’m not flying Milo, I enjoy long walks with my dog and spending time with my friends and family.

Ginette Cowell
Reports Administrator
I’m Ginette and I’ve been working at Citihawk for nine years as a reports administrator. I process the reports and send them over to our clients at the end of each week. I work from home so I’m available to deal with any short notice queries that may arise. I love my job and the interaction with my colleagues and clients alike. When I’m not working I like to read and watch crime documentaries. I also have 5 grandchildren who take up a lot of time!
